- Works like a VCR: The SanDisk V-Mate is a video memory card recorder that captures and records video content from an analog source directly onto a flash memory card. Recorded video is then available for playback on a compatible portable device. Enjoying video content on the move has never been easier!
- Record: Record up to 3.5 hours of high quality video per Gigabyte of Memory. The V-Mate allows you to select your desired playback device profile, or manually set video format, resolution, and quality levels via a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI). The GUI – displayed on your television screen - makes it very easy to navigate through the menu and select recording and viewing options. Operation is possible at the touch of a button via the supplied remote control. Recording may be captured from any composite video source, such as a Cable/ Satellite/ Terrestrial Set-Top Box, OR a DVD Player, OR a Video Cassette Recorder (VCR), OR a Personal Video Recorder (PVR), OR a Camcorder.
- Schedule Recordings: The V-Mate enables you to schedule recordings based on channel, date, and start/stop times, including daily and weekly repeats.
- Connectors: 3.5mm input for composite video, audio left & right ? 3.5mm output for composite video, audio left & right ? USB miniB type ? IR emitter (connection to set-top box or VCR).
- Requirements: TV with RCA composite video (NTSC or PAL) and audio connection ? Video source with RCA composite video and audio composite connection.
