| The Parrot MINIKIT is a portable Bluetooth hands free car kit for natural conversations with Voice-Dial built-in.
- DSP-2: Parrot MINIKIT features the DSP-2 generation of signal processing algorithms, plus a high-definition 2 Watt speaker for crystal clear conversations in any situation. Parrot MINIKIT replaces the Parrot EasyDrive.
- Parrot MINIKIT enables you to make and receive calls in your car, home or office, without picking up your cell phone.
- Parrot MINIKIT attaches to the car’s sun visor or vent, and can easily be slipped into your pocket, thanks to its small size and lightweight design.
- Battery: The Parrot MINIKIT has its own rechargeable internal battery, offering up to 10 hours talk time OR over 11 days on standby before recharging with the included 12-14 volt DC car charger cord.
- Voice-prints: The Parrot MINIKIT is designed to simplify your calls via the user-defined voice-prints (maximum of 150 per phone). MINIKIT uses its own voice recognition with Voice-Dial built-in, not the cell phone’s, thereby avoiding any need to handle the cell phone while in the car, for greater safety driving.
- Privacy option: One disadvantage of a speaker-phone is that others in the vicinity can hear your call. If that’s a problem, you just press the green button during the call, and the Minikit says the phrase Discreet mode and switches the call back to the cell phone. Press it again and it returns to the Minikit.
- The Parrot MINIKIT hands free kit is 100% Bluetooth compatible, therefore it works with practically all Bluetooth enabled cell phone models using either Bluetooth Hands Free (HF) profile or the Bluetooth Headset (HS) profile.
- Bluetooth Hands-free profile(HF) and Headset profile(HSP) are supported on this Bluetooth version 1.2, class 2 device for better connectivity up to 30 feet away.
