Does CellUp.com accept checks or a Purchase Order?
CellUp.com welcomes payment by Discover, Novus, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Cards issued through these same
companies, and drawn on USA banks. Checks, money orders, & P.O.'s have resulted in high rates of fraud, and therefore are ONLY accepted
from approved US Federal, STATE, & LOCAL Government agencies. Government Purchase Orders may be faxed to (253) 660-9719. Call Customer
Service for details.
Do I need to order online?
If you’re interested in purchasing accessories by telephone, you MUST agree to the security breaches created using any telephone in the USA, since telephone calls may be monitored without notice or warrant. If you call CellUp.com directly at 1-888-895-9624, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, we will assist you in placing your order securely on-line. You may also leave us a voice mail after hours!
- Please note: Our customer service reps place your phone orders on our SECURE SSL website just as you would. We simply cannot control who might be listening in on the phone lines. If you need assistance finding a product, we would be pleased to assist you in finding it so that you may order online and avoid the security breach.
When will I receive my cellular phone accessories order?
Please note that although we use REAL-TIME Stock status automation to update the availability of our products on-line, at times it may be incorrect.
Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory
numbers are incorrect). In this rare instance, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to
cancel any time prior to shipment. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible, using Best Way Ground shipping in the USA. Canadian destination back-orders will be charged an additional $29.95 to ship back-orders via UPS Expedited shipment, which includes brokerage fees.
If you ordered UPS - GROUND or U.S. Postal Service, then
your order will be processed and ready for shipper pick-up within approximately 1-2 business days.
- Note: US Postal Service (USPS) delivery takes up to 10 business days after you place your order.
- United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground shipments are picked up DAILY, resulting in a UPS GUARANTEED DELIVERY per the UPS Map shown here.
UPS Next-day, 2-Day, & 3-Day shipment orders placed before 11 AM, PST,
are guaranteed to ship the same business day!
UPS Next-day & 2-Day & 3-Day order shipments after 11 AM, are shipped the next business day.
- Please note: UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding National Holidays, New Years Eve, & the day After Thanksgiving.
- Orders shipped UPS 3 Day on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

- Please review your order for SHIPPING METHOD and errors as NO changes are possible once submitted.
- Please note: UPS shipping days are only Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays.
When checking the UPS online site for tracking status of your package, your UPS Tracking Number results may display "No Information
Found". If this should happen, there is no cause for concern. Please note that UPS Tracking Status Information may not be available
online until the following morning after your package has been shipped. Please try rechecking the UPS tracking number status again at a later time.
How do I know you received my order?
After you submit your order, Cellup.com will send you an e-mail confirming your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail
when your order has shipped! This e-mail will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference & tracking.
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?
NO. Since we process orders in Real-Time, changes are not possible after they have been transmitted!
Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee due to additional return shipping fees we
incur.
If the accessory has already shipped, complete the Returns & Warranty form to arrange a return or exchange, less the shipping fee.
We give you a 15 day, money back, Satisfaction Guarantee!
If you are dissatisfied with any item, for any reason within the first 15 days,
complete the Return Request Form at Returns
& Warranty.
Exceptions: Both wired and wireless (including Bluetooth) Car kits that have been installed are not returnable except for warranty replacement. Opened Software(whether used or not) and Memory Cards(whether used or not) are non refundable. Please note that by filling out the Return Request form that you agree to all policies listed below

RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within two (2) work days, Monday through
Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back.
- You can return complete undamaged hardware for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:
- Unless we have made a packing & shipping error, the merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
- Software cannot be opened or tampered with.
- Both wired and wireless (including Bluetooth) Car kits that have been opened or installed are not returnable except for warranty replacement.
- Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
- The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label!
- Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on it will not be processed and may be refused!
- To obtain a Return Authorization Number

- On 15 Day Satisfaction items for Refund, & on Warranty item(s) after 15 days, Customer is responsible for shipping charges to us.
- On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
- Warranty & Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us.
- We will bill your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your product refund to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
Can I assume that an accessory will work for all models from the same manufacturer?
NO! Cell phone models are designed differently, and we cannot guarantee that the products listed for a
specific model will work with other models, even if made by the same company.
Can I assume that the picture on the website will be identical to the product I receive?
NO! PLEASE NOTE: Images on this site are for representational purposes only.We try to always give you the best possible representation and description of each of our items however items may differ
slightly as manufacturers are constantly enhancing their products to better serve you. If you need clarification on the exact look of an
item, please contact us at the number listed below or use our Customer Service contact form.
Also, colors may differ slightly as different monitors are capable of different hues and color schemes.
