| This Internal Antenna will Reduce Dropped Calls, Static, & Enhance Your Cellular Signal!
- This Internal Antenna is a passive device designed to reflect stray radiation in the body of the phone, and re-radiate that signal to improve the phone's performance.
- All passive antennas rely on the device being located as close to the RF source as possible, since only a minute amount of RF can be reflected by the device.
- This internal antenna signal enhancer is placed in the battery compartment, on the back of the phone up near the antenna, in order to be as close to the RF antenna of the cell phone as is possible. It then reflects that energy towards the front of the cell phone.
- When using the phone try to avoid placing your hand over the area where the Internal Antenna is installed.
- At 1.75 x 1 inches, this Internal Antenna fits digital, analog and tri-band phones. If your cell phone battery compartment is smaller, we do not advise using this product.
- Not compatible with Nextel i500/ i800 series cell phones due to screw-in batteries. In other words, if your cell phone battery pack needs a screw driver to remove it, it will not work at all. Screw back battery packs are not intended to be removed at all.
- This Internal Antenna enhances a signal that's already in the area. It cannot create enough signal to connect a call where a call cannot already be connected.
- The "bars" of signal strength you see on the display of many cell phones measure up to 20 dbi of signal PER BAR. This is why many customers do NOT "see" a difference in signal, despite there actually being a smaller increase in signal!
- There are many other options to increase signal on cell phones that have an external antenna capability! If you email Cellproguy with your cell phone model number, and tell me a little bit about what you want to achieve, I will make an appropriate recomendation!
- No passive antenna such as this can function as a booster!
Installation Instructions:
- Remove battery from the back of your cell phone.
- The Internal antenna signal enhancer must be placed on a clean surface, that will not interfere with the battery contacts. If the battery compartment is well below the top of the antenna, consider placing the sticker on the outside back of the cell phone nearest the antenna!
- Clean the area with Isopropyl alcohol, or a mild soap. Be careful not to get moisture inside the cell phone!
- Remove the "Internal antenna signal enhancer" from protective backing.
- Press "Internal antenna signal enhancer" onto the battery compartment or outer case near the antenna of your cell phone.
