Will I be charged sales tax on my cell phone accessories order?
In most cases orders are not charged sales tax.
The exception being on orders shipped to the states of California and Nevada.
There may be additional taxes due on orders that are shipped to Canadian Provinces.

How can I pay for my order?
Cellup.com welcomes payment by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit Cards issued through these same companies and drawn on USA banks. We also accept Google checkout and PayPal. Checks, money orders, & Purchase Orders have resulted in high rates of fraud, and therefore are ONLY accepted from approved US federal, state and local government agencies. Government Purchase Orders may be faxed to 1-775-473-9902. For large quantity purchases ($5,000 minimum), including international orders, arrangements can be made for a wire transfer.

Do I have to order online?
No. You can call us at 1-888-895-9624, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST (excluding holidays). We will gladly assist in processing your order by phone. If we are unavailable, please leave a voice mail message and we will return your call at the very first opportunity.

Does CellUp.com ship internationally?
We typically only ship to the Unites states (including territories, Puerto Rico and military installations) and Canada.
However, for large volume orders ($5,000 minimum), arrangements can be made to ship internationally if you agree to pay via wire transfer and are willing to accept a 14 day delay in shipment. 

How will I know that you have received my order?
After you submit your order, Cellup.com will send you an email confirming your order was received. You will be sent another email when your order has shipped with a Tracking number (for orders shipped with UPS) or a Delivery Confirmation number (for orders shipped with US Mail).

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel your order once it has been placed because it is instantaneously transmitted to our warehouse to be shipped. Orders are often packaged and loaded onto the shipper's truck within a few minutes of the order being placed.

Will an accessory work for all models from the same manufacturer?
No! Cell phone models are designed differently and we cannot guarantee that the products listed for a specific model will work with other models, even if made by the same company. The most simple way to ensure that you purchase the correct accessory for your phone is to follow the instructions on the "How To Find Your Phone Model" page.

Will the product I receive be identical to what is pictured on the website?
No. Images on this site are for representational purposes only. We strive to give you the best possible representation and description of each of our items, however, items may differ slightly as manufacturers are constantly enhancing their products to better serve you. If you need clarification on the exact look of an item, please contact us. Also, colors may differ slightly from computer to computer depending on the monitor, operating system and video card.
