Shipping Policies
When will I receive my cellular accessories order?Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping. For example, the last item in stock may be damaged or defective or our inventory numbers are incorrect. In this rare instance, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on back order. In this case, you will have the option to cancel anytime prior to shipment. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible. Tracking or Delivery confirmation numbers will be sent via email at the end of each day for each order that has been shipped that day.
If you ordered UPS - GROUND, UPS Mail Innovations or U.S. Mail, then your order will be processed and ready for shipper pick-up within approximately 1 business day.
US Mail delivery times average between 3 and 10 days after you place your order, but can take up to 1 month depending on your location.
UPS Ground shipments are guaranteed by UPS to be delivered within the number of days shown on the map below.
UPS Next day, 2 day and 3 day shipment orders placed before 10 AM pacific time are shipped the same business day. UPS Next day, 2 day and 3 day shipment orders placed after 10 AM are shipped the next business day.
- UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays, New Year's Eve and the day after Thanksgiving.
- Orders shipped via UPS 3 Day on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders shipped via UPS 2 Day on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders shipped via UPS 1 Day on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- U.S. national holidays may delay your shipment for two additional days.
- Orders are not shipped during U.S. national holidays or on weekends.
What are the shipping costs and options?
Shipping costs are determined at the time of check out and are based on the shipping method selected, weight of the order and the destination. An estimate is available on the shopping cart page - simply click on the "Get Estimate" button. For example, rates can be as low as $2.99 for a single battery shipped with UPS Mail Innovations to an address in the United States.
